R&D Innovation

Innovation as a Design Philosophy

Our R&D combines material science, field engineering, and simulation-led development. What began as university research now drives the induction systems that support the next generation of electric, efficient manufacturing.

How We Build Technology That Lasts a Lifetime

We study how heat behaves and where processes lose control. This work began with magnetic-material research at Lund University and continues today through material development, coil optimisation, and simulation-led engineering. Every insight feeds our modular technology and strengthens how your production handles heat.

Verified Heating Performance

Our R&D process verifies performance long before anything reaches your line. We simulate electromagnetic fields, thermal behaviour, and material response using tools developed around SM2C and our heater geometries. Every configuration is then validated physically – in our lab, as a prototype, or with your actual material. This loop shapes reduces technical risk, ensures accuracy, and shortens development time so the final system performs exactly as your process requires.

R&D That Drives Technology Forward

Industrial demands shift fast. Tighter energy targets, electric heating, smaller footprints, and higher material demands. Our R&D roadmap exists to meet them. Insights from customer projects, pilot lines, and joint research collaborations strengthen our SM2C, refine coil design, and expand our modular heater platform. This continuous development keeps our systems efficient, scalable, and ready for the next generation of high-performance production.
