Home // How We Work // Our Process
Energy use, footprint and output define today’s production challenges. Our process translates your constraints into an induction solution customised around your goals and operating conditions.
Many industrial heating methods rely on fixed setups that don’t adapt to real production conditions. We work differently. MagComp’s induction technology with unique magnetic flux conductors, optimised coil designs and modular heater designs lets us shape each solution around your exact process. When needed, we run a pre-study and develop new heater modules. Your conditions set the frame for the steps that follow.
To understand how the heater will behave in your line, we model the process digitally. Electromagnetic and thermal simulations let us see how the material reacts, how heat spreads through the targeted zone and how the design performs at your required speed. We explore coil variations, flux-conductor setups and alternative paths built from our modular heater blocks. The outcome is a clear direction for the prototype phase, backed by data and aligned with your process requirements.
We move from simulation into hardware, turning the design into a working prototype built from our modular heater architecture. Every system is engineered to the application, and if your process needs something new, we create the component it requires. The prototype is tested in our facility or directly in your line to verify heating behaviour, response time and stability. When everything is proven, we scale the design into a full system with the power and control functions required for stable, long-term operation.
The close collaborative partnership that guides the development phase carries on throughout operation. Once the heater enters your production, and long after. We integrate the system into your equipment, calibrate it to your process and verify performance under real operating conditions. From there, we stay connected through remote access, upgrades, service and spare-parts support. This protects uptime, keeps performance stable and strengthens your competitiveness over the full lifetime of the heater.
